For nearly 20 years, the French Valley Parkway Project has been a top priority for our region—and we just hit a major milestone. Phase 2 is officially complete! This phase focused on the Northbound I-15 bottleneck, installing new ramps and a barrier to eliminate the dangerous merging dance at the I-215 junction.

While Phase 2 is a huge win, the work doesn't stop here. Future phases will eventually connect Jefferson and Ynez via a new bridge over the I-15, and the upcoming "Smart Freeway" pilot will use real-time sensors to further reduce stop-and-go delays. Your commute is getting a major high-tech upgrade!
